Refund Policy

At AP Spicy Pickles, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, since our products are perishable food items, our refund policy is limited as follows:

1. No Return Policy

  • We do not accept returns of pickles or food items once delivered.

2. Refunds Eligibility

Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:

  • You received a wrong item.

  • The product was damaged/leaked during transit (with valid photo/video proof within 24 hours).

3. Refund Method

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original mode of payment within 7-10 working days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Once an order is placed and paid, it cannot be cancelled.
