Shipping Policy

Normal shipping estimate for all domestic shipments are between 5 to 7 business days, delays might occur in some unavoidable situation which we are definitely trying to mitigate.

Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy
Refund:

Your money will be refunded within 7 working days from time of processing the refund. refunded amount will be credited back to the same account/card used to make the purchase. You have to meet the cancellation policy clause for refunds.

Cancellation policy:

Your order can be cancelled before it is dispatched with a small fees charged by payment gateway provider and conversion charges. However, if the order is cancelled after it has been dispatched, a return shipping charge and a 35% restocking fee will be applicable. For orders cancelled before dispatch, there may be a payment gateway fee of 4% and  2% other fees. The payment gateway providers and processing charges may deduct 7-9% of the order value, and the remaining order value will be refunded.

Payment Method

We have tied up with multiple payment gateways and Razor Pay is our preferred payment gateway provider. we accept all kinds of Debit, Credit Cards and Net Banking

    1. How sure am I that the products delivered will be fresh?

All items delivered by us come with a manufacturing date & an expiry date. If you notice any damage of packaging, wrong product shipped in the order, at the time of delivery, you can request return through our e-commerce website.  Please refer to our “Cancellation and Returns Policy” for further details.

               2.What if I am not home at the time of order delivery?

Our logistics vendors, will make a  total  of 3 attempts to deliver at your given delivery address.  So if you miss your delivery on first attempt you can always grab it at second or third.

               3.If I am not home, can  anyone else  receive the order?

In case the person who placed the order is not available at the delivery address, any person available at the delivery address (residential or otherwise) can receive the Products. This will be considered as order delivered.

For orders that have already been shipped, there will be no refunds made except for damage of packaging, and wrong product shipped.  . Please refer our “Cancellation and Returns Policy” for further details.4.

                  4. Can I cancel my order after placing it?

The order once placed cannot be cancelled after it has been shipped. In case of cancellations, the amount will be refunded to you in the form of coupon code or store credit within 7 to 10 business days.
